Expensive vehicles cost big money

‘Full Service’ companies assume that you need a shiny new hearse and one or two family coaches or limousines for several hours to manage both a church service and then the cemetery and then home again. Each vehicle needs a driver too, so you pay lots of wages as well.

In fact most simple Single Services only require two staff in a single vehicle to meet you at the crematorium. This often saves a dozen or more man hours of commitment by expensive vehicles and staff - which you often end up paying for whether you use them or not.

(We at Amity do at least like to use a real hearse, but we are willing to make do with a 10 or 15 year old hearse, not this years model.) Not paying for extra vehicles of the latest model driven by superfluous staff, is one of the best ways to get a better price.
