Our Packages

We understand that planning a funeral can be overwhelming, especially during times of grief. To alleviate some of the burden, we offer a range of thoughtfully designed all-inclusive funeral packages that cater to different preferences and budgets. Please note that the pricing below is an estimate and will be confirmed with an arranger upon request.

To ensure that our package pricing is as fair and inclusive as possible, we make a point to include necessary items that across the industry are considered “extras” (often adding thousands to the cost of a funeral). In particular we cover the cost of a basic coffin, hearse hire, flowers, in-house celebrant (for chapel packages), and cremation fees on top of the standard professional fee in all packages.

Please note: Cemetery fees are priced separately as chapel, grave and internment fees vary significantly within and between cemeteries.

Church and Clergy fees are also quoted at the arrangement as each church and priest have their own offering prices.

Funeral Service Packages

  • No Service Cremation $3,195

    Delivery Cremation to SMCT included

    The most basic option, very easy and no rush.

    We transfer the deceased into our care, do all the arrangements (usually online and phone, not in person), cremate when the crematorium has a spot available and you collect the ashes after.

    Inclusions:

    ·         Transfer from coroners or public hospital
    ·         (+$200 private home or nursing home)
    ·         (+$400 after hours transfer)
    ·         Arrangements by phone or email
    ·         All legal paperwork
    ·         Certified copy of Death Certificate
    ·         Cremation coffin

    ·         Collection and notification of ashes ready to collect

  • Graveside Only $3,695

    Cemetery fees must be quoted separately

    Funeral burial at the graveside at the cemetery.

    Inclusions:

    ·         Transfer from coroners or public hospital
    ·         (+$200 private home or nursing home)
    ·         (+$400 after hours transfer)
    ·         Arrangements phone or email
    ·         All legal paperwork
    ·         Certified Death Certificate
    ·         Maxwell coffin
    ·         2x Staff ($175 per extra staff)
    ·         Hearse
    ·         In-house celebrant if required
    ·         Basic bouquet included ($150)

  • Chapel & Cremation $4,495

    Delivery Cremation to SMCT & GMCT included, other Cemetery fees must be quoted separately.

    Funeral service at one of the cemetery/crematorium chapels or an external chapel around Melbourne followed by cremation.

Just because Amity funerals are a low cost alternative and our packages include the basic necessities for a service, does not mean we don’t have optional extras.
